Bigger, sure. Stronger? I don't know about that one at all.
Chase did 23 reps to Higgins' 15. He's also just built differently with more a RB body compared to Higgins' lankier WR body.

Weight lifting, blocking, wrestling, whatever strength contest. I wouldn't bet on Higgins over Chase.
