Zac is no different than any young inexperienced coach. He’s still learning. However he was also brilliant in his vision in building a winner. I’ve said this before. It’s not a light switch to turn a team around. These teams prior to this season had about the same 4-5 year record of the Bengals. Those teams: NYG, NYJ. Jags, Detroit and they are still bad. They had free agency opportunities and high draft choices.
