If the Bengals pick around the 15-20 range, I think they have a shot to snag him without trading up.
If they are picking in the 20's, they might have difficulty and need to trade up.
Heck, if you really want him and still picking in the 15-20 range, might be worth giving up a Day 3 pick to move up a spot or two to ensure you get him.
