Brian Hill was promoted to Atlanta's 53 today providing insurance in case dinged up Devonte Freeman can't play. Bengals play the Falcons in week 4.

I don't think Hill was ever on our PS.  I believe he declined the Bengals' offer and signed to Atlanta's PS instead.
