Wild, a $25,000 dollar anonymous donation! Shocked

Pretty cool they had to shut down the GoFundMe account so fast. Wink

I'm not a frequent poster on here but I've been perusing the threads for the better half of a decade (and was on the old bengals board too) so I'm quite familiar with Brad the poster.

However, I wasn't familiar with Brad's story as I'm not local and really have no ties to Cincy/ Northern KY. But after reading this entire thread, I can truly say you're an inspiration to us all. We're similar ages and I can't imagine being as positive as Brad has been over the last 25 years and then now this.

Keep up the good fight! You'll forever inspire more people than you'll ever realize.

BIG THANKS to Harley for letting everyone know what happened and for the updates!

I’m sorry that I haven’t responded until now but I didn’t even see the thread when I checked after Harley sent me a Facebook message because I didn’t even think to look in the little section above the other threads!

I am following the team and doing my best in therapy to recover!

Tomorrow is big because I go back to the ortho surgeon to find out if my fractured pelvis is healed enough for me to go home because I am currently not allowed to put any weight on it. PLEASE PRAY that I can!

I have a long list of injuries (six broken ribs, broken arm in two places, collapsed lung, scalp laceration, etc), but I’m a fighter and I PROMISE that I’ll get through all of this!

WHO-DEY!

You insprire us all Brad. I hope you are down at PBS in 2025 watching the AFC and Super Bowl champs.

If I did not know it was true, I would not believe it. Netflix or a movie producer needs to make a movie about Brad's life. We are up to date and getting his story and progress. This is story that would inspire around the world. I love Brad won't allow the horrible circumstances he as endured to take away his fight and positive outlook.

It would be normal to feel these devastating injuries and go into deep depression and lose one's zest for life. Not Brad, he may take a minute, but he quickly tells Bengals nation on Jungle noise he will keep smiling. Simply amazing stuff!!!!

Brad has come a long way on these Boards. I remember back a few years(maybe even going back to the official Bengals Boards) when he would get eviscerated for some of his posts about this team or FO. Now he has a whole community behind him and wishing him a speedy recovery and others who have even donated to his long term care.

I know I probably would've left this board permanently after some of the pile ones he took but not him. He seems to be a huge inspiration to others now. I like to think its because of his positive attitude and mental toughness to overcome a life changing accident, not once but twice. Looking forward to seeing you back on here regularly Brad!
