Well it looks a lot easier starting out with the Stains and Jags rather than the Bills in primetime being the first game.

Hoping for a bye after week 8. week 5 bye's are the worst for teams (it would seem).

If there's 3 in a row weeks 7-9 at home, that could mean 3 out of 4 on the road to start the year.

EDIT: Aha. You updated it while i was typing. And it could potentially be 4 of 6 on the road to start.

Week 10
Week 11
Week 12  New England
Week 13
Week 14 @ Buffalo (4:25 PM)
Week 15
Week 16 @ Miami (SNF)
Week 17  Arizona (time/date tbd)
Week 18

I've seen a couple of rumors of Detroit Week 5  (now confirmed).  Also a scarier rumor of heading to Baltimore on Thanksgiving night (week 13)

Home games with Arizona, Cleveland, and Baltimore still unspoiled.  I'm hoping we close the season with Cleveland

Our trip to Green Bay can only be either week 6 or 17.  Week 6 would hopefully put the BYE week 10 or 11 but knowing the NFL we would get week 15.

edit: Arizona is week 17 so by default that means PackerBacker can go see his 2 favorite teams week 6

If the Thanksgiving rumor of Baltimore is true this puts the bye during week  10 or 11 which isn't awful timing

Thanks Pally, interesting schedule to say the least. Not easy playing the NFC North, especially the Lions but exciting just the same.

Now we wait to see how good the spoilers are

Week 1 @ Cleveland
Week 2 Jacksonville
Week 3 @ Minnesota
Week 4 @Denver (MNF)
Week 5 Detroit (4:25)
Week 6 @Green Bay
Week 7 Pittsburgh (TNF)
Week 8 Jets
Week 9 Chicago
Week 10 BYE
Week 11 @Pittsburgh
Week 12 New England
Week 13 @Baltimore (Thanksgiving Night)
Week 14 @ Buffalo (4:25 PM)
Week 15 Baltimore (1PM but obviously a big flex candidate)
Week 16 @ Miami (SNF)
Week 17 Arizona (time/date tbd)
Week 18 Cleveland (time/date tbd)

Only 3 of our 4 primetime games are away this year but one of those is Baltimore as usual. We get Pitt at night at home for a change.

Middle of the season BYE is good
4 road games in each half of the season
They don't leave Ohio from week 7 until week 11

Weeks 3-7 will make our season. We have a mini bye in the second half between the games in Baltimore and Buffalo

All hopes turn to next year

If we don't take care of that NFCN stretch we won't have to worry about weeks 13-15 the season is already over

We need to win games with are favored to win all season, but especially week 1 and 2. We need to go start 2-0, if not already behind again.

But no doubt, a look at 4 of 6 games on road to start is a tough schedule early. If we get out of it 3-3, we will be in verygood shape, 4-2 and in outstandig shape especially if 2 losses are to NFC teams.

Agreed that they must change what they do to get off to a better start.

Also hope Pitt loses a couple early because they open with a really easy schedule for the first 4-5 weeks from what I saw.

The Ravens have a tough opening stretch with 3 road games out of the first 4 to Buffalo, Detroit, and Kansas City
