He has progressed and if he steps it up a little more this year, he will be a real good WR one day.
Catching is his biggest weakness, and he improved last year as the year went along catching the ball.
220-pound frame will help with the impacts from the hits this year.

That's sort of my point. PFF is being referred to more and treated as the standard for a player's worth even if we don't admit it. I mean he has a lot to improve, but you have to be pointing out 3-4 mistakes per route to be burying him and his 6 scores as the worst.

John Ross had 7 TD’s on 21 receptions in 2018.

If he can get stronger it'll definetly help. It's also got to be hard for him because he's playing literally every wr spot on the field. Chase plays a lot in the slot which bounces Yoshi outside and vice versa. Usually a slot WR can just focus on the slot.

WTS, I love Yoshi. He hasn't made the impact I hoped he would especially when Tee went down last year, but it's not from lack of effort/focus.
There are other Yoshis out there. There would be a larger audience if he could get the green monster for an interview, perhaps for a Switch 2 promo. Comon Lap, know your audience.

I saw several plays where he was hung out there on a pass and made the catch while getting blown up. The kid is tough. No issues with hands either.
The issue with separation depends on where he is lined up. In the slot, a big receiver like him will get covered by the quick slot corners, initially.
On the outside (X), is he unable to deal with the initial CB jam. Is he getting re-routed?
"Route-running" is such a broad term. It encompasses physicality, set-up feints, cutting, suddenness and defender reads.
