Mike Brown is partially to blame for this level of failure, primarily due to how his FO continues to treat the offseason.
Taylor is also very responsible for this, as he picked a terrible staff.
Mike Brown is entirely to blame for this mess. He is the top guy, he runs and directs the team so the accountability starts and ends with him. Even if he has given more control to Pumpkin and Tobin - he has chosen whom to give control to - so he is still accountable.
